Description

You will own production support and customization for the IBM MDM Advanced Edition environment, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues and perform RCAs for data loading, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
• Customize IBM MDM 11x using Extensions, Business Proxies, SDP, Match/Merge Rules, and Event Manager.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high availability and data integrity.
• Document and track all production incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams, including database administration, to maintain operational stability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years focused on IBM MDM.
• Expert-level proficiency in .NET and API production support.
• Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition implementation and customization.
• Strong background in Java JEE development using RSA, RAD, WebSphere, and MDM Workbench.
• Proficiency in SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, and WSDL.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Insurance or Banking domains.
