Description

You will design, code, and test computer programs based on detailed functional and technical specifications, converting requirements into functional code and machine logic flowcharts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write new programs and rewrite existing code to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Design, implement, and test database functional objects including triggers, procedures, packages, and functions.
• Develop technical documentation for program development, testing procedures, and production run instructions.
• Collaborate with Systems Analysts to analyze equipment requirements and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012, IIS 7/8, .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Standard 2.x, and .NET Core App 2.x.
• 8+ years of expertise in data structures, algorithms, and Web services (REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL).
• 6+ years of experience with XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.
• 6+ years of experience in Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern object-oriented design patterns.
• 6+ years of experience developing APIs using sync and async integration patterns, messaging, queues, and event streams.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, workflow patterns, and COTS product integration.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile development, unit testing, and version management tools.
• 5+ years of experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and normalization.
• 5+ years of experience using SQL Developer and modeling tools such as Erwin, IDEF, or TOAD.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• 2+ years of experience with AASHTOWare Products.
• Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification.
