Description

You will develop, test, and maintain computer programs by converting detailed specifications and data into functional code.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and convert project specifications into machine logic, flowcharts, and detailed computer programs.
• Write new programs and rewrite existing code to improve operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Design, implement, and test database functional objects including triggers, procedures, packages, and functions.
• Prepare test data, correct program errors, and document all development, testing, and correction procedures.
• Assist in designing systems architecture and preparing technical program specifications.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Windows Server 2012, IIS 7 or 8, .NET Framework 4.5+, .NET Standard 2.x, and .NET Core App 2.x.
• 8 years of expertise in data structures, algorithms, and ActiveReports 8.
• 8 years of experience with Web services, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, and WSDL.
• 6 years of experience with XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.
• 6 years of experience in Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) and modern object-oriented design patterns.
• 6 years of experience developing APIs using sync and async integration patterns, messaging, queues, and event streams.
• 5 years of experience with enterprise integration, workflow patterns, and COTS product integration.
• 5 years of experience with Agile development, unit testing, and version management tools.
• 5 years of experience with SQL Developer and modeling tools such as Erwin, IDERA, or TOAD.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with DevOps, CI/CD, or AASHTOWare Products.
• Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certification.
