Description

You will act as the lead technical architect overseeing systems architecture, engineering, and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and document formal technical architectures based on system and business requirements.
• Develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and C#.
• Build secure .NET web services using WCF, REST (Web API), and message processing via Enterprise Service Bus.
• Manage Oracle database development including packages, triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
• Maintain applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) and handle HL7 transformation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technical architecture, systems engineering, and performance tuning.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC, and C#.
• 7+ years of experience with PL/SQL, including triggers, stored procedures, and cursors.
• 7+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining applications with .NET Core.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years of experience working with HIPAA PHI and HL7 data.
