Description

You will serve as the lead technical architect for systems engineering, security, and n-tier application development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document formal technical architectures aligned with system and business requirements.
• Develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and C#.
• Build secure .NET web services via WCF, REST (Web API), and Enterprise Service Bus message processing.
• Manage Oracle database development, including packages, triggers, stored procedures, and functions.
• Maintain applications handling HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) and HL7 transformations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in technical architecture, systems engineering, and performance tuning.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Visual Studio, ASP.NET/MVC, and C#.
• 7+ years with PL/SQL, including triggers, stored procedures, and cursors.
• 7+ years with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and integration.
• 3+ years developing applications following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 2+ years developing and maintaining applications with .NET Core.
• 2+ years designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years working with HIPAA PHI and HL7 data.

Preferred Skills
