Lead development teams in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions using modern architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through the delivery of large-scale enterprise solutions.
• Design and build services using microservices and cloud-native patterns.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Python.
• Integrate feature flagging systems like LaunchDarkly.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Application Development with strong leadership.
• Expertise in .NET (C#) and Python.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Hands-on experience with API development and microservices.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced developer tools (GitHub Copilot, GitHub Agent Mode, Cursor).
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Proven ability to deliver complex, enterprise-grade software.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and application integration.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.
