Description

Lead the development, maintenance, and architecture of .NET systems while mentoring engineering teams.

You will analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure high-quality code delivery across multiple environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code using established best practices.
• Analyze user requirements and envision system features, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimal solutions.
• Troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and ensure effective design, development, and validation activities.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, conducting code reviews and driving technical decisions.
• Design database schemas and optimize SQL queries to support business processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant .NET experience, including team handling.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, and Entity Framework.
• Strong understanding of OOP, OOD, Design Patterns, and SDLC.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like GIT.
• Proficiency in testing using MSTest, NUnit, and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to translate architecture requirements into effective design and support activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jasmine and Cucumber for automated testing.
• Background in designing complex database schemas for business processes.
