Description

You will lead .NET development and mentor a team of engineers while owning the full application lifecycle. You design scalable solutions, optimize database performance, and ensure code quality through rigorous testing and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor development teams, setting technical direction and priorities.
• Design and build efficient, reusable .NET code using C#, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, and WCF.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server schemas, optimize queries, and manage data access via Entity Framework.
• Implement automated testing platforms using MSTest, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, and Cucumber.
• Analyze requirements, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot production issues across environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of relevant .NET experience with team handling responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, WCF, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Entity Framework and version control systems like GIT.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Proficiency in Design Patterns, SDLC, and database schema design.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (MSTest, NUnit) and mocking.
• Ability to analyze user requirements and envision system features.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle databases and query optimization.
• Knowledge of embedded databases and external database integration.
