Description

Lead .NET and SQL projects, overseeing microservices architecture and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design microservices architecture and define solutions for high-complexity projects.
• Critique business, functional, and technical requirements, including security and audit standards.
• Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to a team of software engineers to ensure timely delivery.
• Define development standards, enforce policies, and create unit tests to meet code coverage goals.
• Assist with milestone planning and release management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Full Stack development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and T-SQL for designing and maintaining production databases.
• Experience building and architecting REST-based and SOAP-based APIs.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design patterns and methodologies.
• Proficiency with source control systems including TFS and Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of queues, scaling, system performance, XML serialization, and branching strategies.
• Practical experience with Agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Scrum and Jira.
• Familiarity with Gitflow, SVN, or GIT.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, ReSharper, or JetBrains tools.
