Description

Lead technical development and strategy for external client projects while overseeing local and offshore engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical strategies and create project estimations based on client requirements.
• Direct and oversee local and offshore developers to ensure delivery quality.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and technical challenges.
• Create and maintain technical design and functional documentation for system architecture.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within production environments to maintain stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant technical development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET frameworks 3.5 and above.
• Deep knowledge of SQL Server 2008 R2 or newer.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, or VB6.
• Experience managing version control tools such as TFS or Git.
• Experience in ITIL production support environments managing SLAs and incidents.
• Proficiency with incident management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Heat, or Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading distributed teams across different time zones.
• Background in consulting or agency environments serving external clients.
