Description

Lead architecture, development, and mentorship for enterprise applications using .NET 10 and React.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, scalable web applications and microservices using ASP.NET Framework and .NET 10.
• Build responsive UI components with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across backend and frontend stacks.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot and automated testing practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in ASP.NET Framework and .NET 10.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Proficiency in C#, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience using Git, GitHub workflows, and code reviews.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with EF Core, Dapper, or Microservices architecture.
• Awareness of application security and compliance standards.
