You will architect end-to-end solutions using .NET Core and Azure, while managing offshore development teams and engaging directly with client stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions integrating Azure cloud services.
• Manage and guide offshore development teams to ensure delivery quality.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and align on technical direction.
• Apply Agentic AI concepts and solution design principles where applicable.

Required Skills

• Deep hands-on coding proficiency in .NET Core.
• Experience with React.js for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services and solution landscape integration.
• Proven experience in solution design and architecture.
• Experience managing offshore development teams.
• Excellent verbal communication skills—clear, articulate, and assertive.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
