Description

Lead a distributed team of 10-15 developers across the US, Canada, Mexico, and India, owning the full software development lifecycle for enterprise-level solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams through software design, implementation, and end-to-end delivery with minimal oversight.
• Design and develop enterprise solutions integrated with multiple upstream systems and downstream business-critical applications.
• Own the full development lifecycle, including writing clean code, optimizing API performance, and managing integration testing.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with production support to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams of 10-15 senior developers.
• Proven experience managing distributed teams across multiple geographies (US, Canada, Mexico, and India).
• Expertise in C# and building RESTful APIs for enterprise-level consumer applications.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Azure Function Apps.
• Solid experience with MongoDB or similar database technologies.
• Strong ability to design enterprise software dependent on complex upstream systems.
• Ability to work independently on user stories while maintaining high code quality and maintainability.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working with systems of record such as Salesforce or Workday.
