Description

Lead the design of scalable system architectures and manage a team of 8-10 engineers in a cross-vendor environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed system architectures and technical process flows in collaboration with Solution and Enterprise Architects.
• Develop hands-on code and create prototypes or wireframes to validate system designs.
• Manage a team of 8-10 people within a cross-vendor environment.
• Provide infrastructure recommendations based on operational architecture and manage third-party vendor application implementations.
• Collaborate with Business System Analysts to capture and document functional requirements and design artifacts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with .NET Core, MVC, Angular, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• 6+ years of experience with MS SQL and Oracle.
• 6+ years of experience in systems design and analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with integration designs, implementations, and interoperability.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Azure cloud environment.
• 3+ years of experience creating prototypes and wireframes.
• Proven experience working in HIPAA compliance and public sector environments, such as State agencies.
• Experience in Data Governance.
• Functional area expertise in Medicaid, Medicare, Benefits, or Health Insurance.

Preferred Skills

• SCRUM certification.
