Lead development efforts, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence across the product lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers and set high performance standards for the team.
• Master existing applications and complex environments within a short timeframe.
• Collaborate with Data Science and client teams to refine product stories and planning.
• Manage personal work plans and establish responsible project deadlines.
• Maintain and improve legacy codebases and stored procedures.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Expertise in C# and the .NET framework.
• Proficiency with React for frontend development.
• Strong SQL skills, including working with stored procedures.
• Experience working with legacy code.
• Consulting experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure.
