Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex software components and architectural changes in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reusable code components while maintaining internal system architecture documentation.
• Drive technical design and code reviews for all new enhancements and maintenance work.
• Establish and enforce coding best practices and development standards across the team.
• Mentor and coach associate and senior engineers on coding principles and technological advances.
• Create and execute unit and alpha test plans while maintaining the development environment.

Required Skills

• 10 years of software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET 8 and .NET Core.
• Strong proficiency with Angular (versions 12 through 16+).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services, including App Service, Storage, Logic Apps, Containers, and Functions.
• Deep understanding of Clean Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture.
• Experience building and maintaining Web APIs.
• Knowledge of security implementation and scalability design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
