Description

Lead development and architecture for complex .NET applications, overseeing medium to large-scale projects with multiple work streams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate application modules using .NET 3.5-8, ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#, and n-Tier/SOA architectures.
• Build secure web interfaces using Razor, MVC4, MVVM, AJAX, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design relational databases, implement T-SQL stored procedures, and manage SQL Server 2014/2017 environments.
• Lead a team of junior developers, delegate assignments, and serve as the technical focal point for project stakeholders.
• Create design artifacts, estimate development tasks, and ensure technical quality through code reviews and architectural oversight.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software development and project leadership.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and web service technologies (WCF, XML/JSON).
• Expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database normalization.
• Knowledge of SOA, n-Tier architecture, and secure application design.
• Ability to lead teams of 15+ consultants and coordinate cross-functional deliverables.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, and SharePoint Server.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Test Manager and Team System.
