Description

Lead the maintenance and evolution of enterprise platform capabilities, integrating business and technical requirements into scalable services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing enterprise platform capabilities and develop reusable components to enhance frameworks and services.
• Evaluate and adopt relevant software technologies to improve platform functionality.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues independently while communicating across multiple teams.
• Work in cross-functional environments to ensure platform capabilities are supported in products and services.
• Review team activities to identify and implement new ways of working.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C# and WCF.
• Deep understanding of web service and SOA principles, HTTP, ASP.NET MVC, SOAP, and REST.
• Hands-on experience with AngularJS.
• Core understanding of SOLID principles and various design patterns.
• Experience supporting user authentication solutions and application SSO.
• Exposure to encryption and encoding technologies.
• BA/BS degree or technical institute training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry or contact center operations.
• Experience with multi-database, multi-programming language, or multi-business application environments.
