Responsibilities

• Lead development teams through project planning, estimation, and architectural guidance.
• Establish governance for development processes and enforce engineering best practices.
• Implement and support multi-platform applications using ASP.NET and Microservices.
• Monitor technological trends to recommend emerging tools and solve complex technical problems.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application architecture and team leadership.
• Proficiency with ASP.NET, Microservices, AWS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with online transaction processing (OLTP) web application development.
• Experience with batch processing systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Background in government, insurance, accounting, or case management sectors.

Preferred Skills

• 2 years of experience with Blazor framework and MudBlazor components.
• 2 years of experience in government agencies using customized Agile lifecycles.
• 6 years of experience in environments spanning ASP.NET, batch processes, and modern microservices.
