You will lead technical delivery and coordinate development across multiple teams in an onshore-offshore model.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts using .NET Core and .NET Standard.
• Manage technical communication and client interactions.
• Coordinate workflows between onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure architectural alignment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Core and .NET Standard.
• Proficiency with SQL for data management.
• Experience implementing messaging systems using RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Frontend development skills in Javascript and Reactjs.
• Proven capability in team leadership and client handling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
