Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled web and backend applications.
Build and enhance underwriting workbench capabilities and workflow automation solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Develop cloud-native and enterprise applications using AWS, Angular, and .NET technologies.
Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
Support integration of AI prompting and intelligent automation capabilities into business workflows.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, security, and scalability standards are met.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to distributed development teams.
Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
