Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled web and backend applications, focusing on underwriting workbench capabilities and workflow automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable cloud-native applications using AWS, Angular, and .NET.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for workflow automation and intelligent AI integration.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to distributed teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET application development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in the Angular framework for web application development.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs and backend services.
• Experience with workflow automation solutions.
• Knowledge of AI Prompt Engineering and AI-enabled application integration.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
