Description

Lead the technical delivery of .NET applications, owning the development pipeline from code to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Decompose product stories, design features, and prioritize technical tasks in collaboration with product owners.
• Execute the full development lifecycle, including automated testing, TDD, and integration of subsystems.
• Drive release processes, support release managers, and establish mitigation plans for technology risks.
• Resolve production incidents and complex debugging issues across distributed systems within defined SLAs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical leadership to the development team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in .NET Core development, focusing on the latest versions.
• Strong expertise in MySQL database management and querying.
• Experience with GCP or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in messaging systems and distributed architecture.
• Ability to prototype and validate application solutions for business needs.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of leading teams technically.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Aerospike or other high-performance NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with automated software test tools and frameworks.
