Description

Lead the design, development, and support of scalable multi-tier enterprise systems and distributed architectures within a Scrum team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications.
• Mentor team members on system design, coding standards, and software engineering best practices.
• Own the code review process, merges, and source code maintenance.
• Drive resolution of technical issues and implement mitigations for bottlenecks.
• Ensure high code quality by implementing unit tests and adhering to testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Expertise in C#, Java, C/C++, Go, or Rust.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks: Angular, Vue, or React.
• Experience with .NET Core, Web API, and Microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and data integration via REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design using HTML5 and CSS3.
• Knowledge of object-oriented and procedural coding patterns.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum processes.

Preferred Skills

• BS or advanced degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with Oracle, PL-SQL, and mobile application development.
• Experience securing public-facing APIs and managing automated build/deployment pipelines.
