Description

Lead technical execution and coordination across distributed teams to deliver software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with offshore teams and Scrum Masters to plan and document work items in Azure DevOps.
• Analyze requirements for new initiatives, POCs, and enhancements to ensure business logic and integrations are understood.
• Perform functional requirement reviews, code reviews, and deliverable assessments against industry standards.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of work items involving Data, Solution, and Digital streams.
• Plan deployments, prepare deployment documentation, and collaborate with SRE teams to resolve blockers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience working with Azure DevOps for work item management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with offshore development teams.
• Experience conducting code reviews and functional requirement analysis.
• Ability to manage complex integrations and assess the impact of system changes.
• Knowledge of working within Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with Data, Solution, and Digital work streams.

• Any Graduate degree.
