Description

You will lead .NET and SQL projects, focusing on microservices architecture and high-complexity software design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead .NET and SQL projects and define microservices architecture.
• Critique business, functional, and technical requirements including security, recovery, and audit.
• Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to a team of software engineers.
• Design solutions for high-complexity projects and assist with milestone planning.
• Promote development standards and ensure code quality through unit testing and code coverage.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in .NET Full Stack development and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in designing and maintaining REST-based and SOAP-based APIs.
• Advanced SQL Server skills using T-SQL for production database management.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design patterns and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development practices.
• Proficiency with source control systems including Git, Gitflow, TFS, Bitbucket, or SVN.
• Solid understanding of branching, queues, scaling, and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Scrum and Jira.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, ReSharper, JetBrains, and XML serialization.
