Description

Lead technical direction and development for .NET web applications and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers through requirement analysis, technical guidance, and code reviews.
• Design and architect scalable, secure .NET web applications and services following industry standards.
• Write clean, maintainable code using C#, ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to deliver software solutions.
• Resolve technical challenges, performance issues, and bugs to ensure application stability.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Stack, specifically .NET backend, API, and Blazor.
• 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blazor.
• Strong MS SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit and version control via Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

Bachelor's degree required.
