You lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using C# and ASP.NET.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features or maintain existing applications in C# and ASP.NET MVC/Core.
• Analyze business needs to define requirements, design architectures, and deliver tested software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-system integrations and architectural decisions.
• Manage the product backlog, addressing features, bugs, and operational support.
• Collaborate with customers to implement requirements and ensure successful deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, .NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, and TFS.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming and N-Tier Architecture.
• BS/MS degree in MIS, CS, or a related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with customers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Background in Azure cloud migration from on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Windows Workflow Foundation, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices.
