Description

Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining scalable .NET Windows applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor .NET developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Design and develop .NET Windows applications using C# and distributed architectures.
• Implement and manage gRPC and WCF services for application communication.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a .NET C# Tech Lead.
• Mandatory experience with .NET 4.8 and .NET 6.0 for Windows application development.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with WCF and gRPC services.
• Expertise with SSIS and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Docker and Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Blob, Azure AD, AKS).
• Proficiency in SQL query and stored procedure optimization.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Domain knowledge in Pharmacy Management Systems or Healthcare.
