Description

Lead technical delivery for a development team while maintaining hands-on involvement in core deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide the team through the full software lifecycle and manage technical implementations independently.
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Communicate directly with clients for status reporting and technical discussions.
• Solve complex analytical problems and drive technical decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with .NET, including .NET Core, ASP.NET, and MVC (.NET 4 or higher).
• Strong proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Extensive experience with Angular and front-end application development.
• Proven experience developing on Azure PaaS.
• Advanced SQL skills for database management and development.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful services and Web APIs.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading a development team independently.
