Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET and Angular, owning the technical strategy and team execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for enterprise applications, enforcing architectural patterns like DDD, SOA, and OO design.
• Oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps, and technical debt remediation to ensure scalability and security.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers, leading onboarding and serving as the primary technical escalation point.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to sequence work, estimate efforts, and optimize team throughput.
• Support hiring through technical interviews and provide performance feedback to foster a collaborative team culture.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with C# and .NET, including 2+ years with .NET Core.
• 4+ years of experience with Angular (version 15+) and TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• 3+ years of experience with Git and Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS serverless or similar cloud services.
• Proven experience leading development efforts or mentoring developers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
