You will lead the design, build, and implementation of reporting solutions and data processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements to define technical specifications and effort estimates.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and complex Oracle PL/SQL scripts.
• Diagnose root causes for technical issues in PBI and reporting to implement effective solutions.
• Optimize data, design, and migration processes through debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure development aligns with project strategy and value.

Required Skills

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI development and reporting.
• Proficiency in .NET frameworks.
• Advanced SQL skills, specifically with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering.
• Ability to manage project phases including design, build, and implementation.
• Experience coordinating between onsite and offshore teams.
• Project management skills to drive projects through various stages.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.
