What's the Job?

• Provide 24x7 end-to-end monitoring and support of critical infrastructure and application components.
• Proactively identify and research potential production incidents using monitoring tools.
• Respond promptly to alerts and escalate issues as needed for resolution.
• Perform trending and analysis to prevent potential service disruptions.
• Collaborate with Change Operations to support change implementations and identify risks.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience working independently in complex IT environments, preferably in production support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI, and experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, and Windows.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Intermediary.
• Ability to work in non-contiguous shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call support as required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams
