Description

You provide 24x7 end-to-end monitoring and support for critical infrastructure and application components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential production incidents using monitoring tools.
• Respond promptly to alerts and escalate issues for resolution.
• Perform trending and analysis to prevent service disruptions.
• Collaborate with Change Operations to support implementations and identify risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working independently in complex IT environments, preferably in production support.
• Strong knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Sitescope, and Tivoli Netcool/WebGUI.
• Experience with .NET Core, Java Virtual Machine, and Windows.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Ability to work non-contiguous shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call support.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation or Intermediate certification.
