Description

You will own production stability and incident resolution for .NET-based applications and GCP infrastructure.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Troubleshoot and enhance .NET/C# applications and REST APIs to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Support and optimize Cerner API integrations and GCP deployments, including Cloud SQL, Compute, and Logging.
• Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and product teams to resolve issues and improve release quality.
• Automate recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and response processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in .NET full-stack development and production support.
• Strong experience with C# and building/maintaining REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Proficiency in incident management systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Experience monitoring application performance using tools like Dynatrace.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and cross-team communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare IT environments and Cerner APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting.
