Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for .NET-based applications, ensuring application health and resolving issues within defined SLAs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, performance, and availability in production environments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing preventive measures.
• Support deployment activities, including hotfixes and minor enhancements.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting production applications.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework and .NET Core using C#.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, and IIS.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server, including query writing, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, logging, and alerting mechanisms.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Ability to analyze logs and debug issues to identify root causes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Platforms, specifically Azure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps practices.
