Description

Provide production support for .Net applications, managing the full incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage L1 and L2 support for production incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using .Net and C#.
• Support and maintain MS SQL databases in a production environment.
• Track and manage incidents via ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software experience.
• Expertise in .Net and C# development environments.
• Proven experience with MS SQL Production Support.
• Proficiency in L1/L2 incident management.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems.
• Ability to diagnose complex production issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database performance tuning.
