Description

You will provide technical support for .NET applications and environments, ensuring system stability and uptime in production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and stability within the production environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to .NET systems.
• Address production incidents as they arise to maintain system uptime.
• Provide direct technical support for .NET applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or software maintenance.
• Direct experience working with the .NET framework.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve production-level software issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
