Description

You will provide technical support for .NET applications within a production environment, ensuring stability and resolving issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments to ensure application stability and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the .NET ecosystem.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address system defects.
• Maintain application uptime and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency with the .NET framework.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve software production issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Experience with incident management processes.
