Description

Provide production support and site reliability engineering for .NET and Java environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk and other monitoring tools.
• Manage database operations and NoSQL administration.
• Support infrastructure through basic administration and scripting.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous system availability.

Required Skills

• 4 to 12 years of experience in production support or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with .NET or Java environments.
• Proficiency with Splunk and standard monitoring tools.
• DBA experience, including NoSQL databases.
• Aerospike DBA knowledge.
• Scripting skills for automation and administration.
• Basic infrastructure administration skills.
