Description

You will manage application stability and resolve critical technical incidents within .NET and Java environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage alerts and diagnose critical application workflow issues to ensure rapid service restoration.
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents, outages, and batch job failures.
• Write effective Splunk queries for data analysis, monitoring, and alert creation.
• Identify manual toil and repetitive tasks to drive automation and improvement plans.
• Manage implementation of changes and troubleshoot Linux server health and failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or application operations.
• Proficiency with .NET Framework and C# basics for bug fixing.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Splunk query writing.
• Experience with Linux administration, including troubleshooting and health checks.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and production deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and ticketing systems like JIRA, Confluence, or Remedy.
• Ability to write basic PowerShell commands.
• Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or IBM MQ.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud environments, preferably PCF.
