Description

Lead L2/L3 production support for .NET applications, managing incidents and maintaining system stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Handle SEV-1 incidents and resolve complex production issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot .NET applications on Windows environments.
• Monitor system health using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Manage ITSM workflows using Remedy (ServiceNow).
• Apply AI tools like Co-Pilot to accelerate debugging and resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development and production support.
• Strong background in Windows server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Proficiency in ITSM processes and tools (Remedy/ServiceNow).
• Proven track record of handling high-severity incidents.
• Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot) for support efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience transitioning from Remedy to ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with advanced AI-driven debugging techniques.
