Description

Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for .NET software development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, and budget.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sprints deliver value on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Empower Scrum teams by delegating responsibilities and fostering self-organization.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and tech leads to refine and prioritize the backlog; conduct planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as a Functional SME, deeply understanding application architecture, business processes, and deliverables.
• Guarantee project outcomes meet SLA requirements and manage resource allocation and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies within a software development environment.
• Experience with Azure App Service and Web App deployments.
• Familiarity with API App development and Cosmos Db.
• Strong client-facing communication skills for presenting progress reports and updates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex impediments.
• Experience guiding teams through development, testing, and implementation stages.
