Description

Migrate legacy Web Forms applications to Blazor components while modernizing the underlying codebase.

Responsibilities

• Migrate Web Forms pages, user controls, and master pages to Blazor components.
• Convert existing VB.NET codebases into clean, maintainable C#.
• Replace ViewState, postbacks, and UpdatePanels with modern client-friendly patterns.
• Refactor ADO.NET data-access code into DI-friendly services.
• Build custom components using modern Blazor component libraries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.NET/C#).
• Deep expertise in Blazor Server, including the component model and Razor syntax.
• Proficiency with Blazor lifecycle methods such as OnInitializedAsync and OnParametersSet.
• Strong C# programming skills and experience with dependency injection lifetimes.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Solid HTML and CSS skills with responsive design using Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of state management using cascading parameters and local/session storage interop.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
