Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while rewriting legacy systems into modern .NET architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web API.
• Design SQL Server databases, optimize queries, and write stored procedures.
• Implement testing strategies, secure coding practices, and microservices patterns.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other technical staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit requirements and prioritize tasks in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with C# and ASP.NET development.
• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• 10+ years of experience using Entity Framework (4.0+).
• 10+ years of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and WCF.
• 10+ years of experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) for code repository and promotion.
• 10+ years of experience in N-tier environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) integrated into MVC.
• 5+ years of experience with TFS/Azure DevOps including Git, boards, and pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience developing mobile-compliant applications.
• 2+ years of experience with Microservices.
• 2+ years of experience with .NET Core, .NET 5, or Test Driven Development (TDD).
• 2+ years of experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio 2019.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, XML, and AJAX enabled controls in ASP.NET.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with .NET MAUI Blazor for cross-platform desktop and mobile apps.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and ETL development.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud computing, containers, and Kubernetes.
