Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of applications using the .NET ecosystem and Azure cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions by collaborating with IT Architecture and management to meet agency requirements.
• Write, review, and develop application source code following established departmental standards.
• Create detailed test designs, test plans, and test data to support unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Execute debugging, defect tracking, and software deployment tasks via Azure pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• C# 7.0 or higher and .NET Framework (4.7.2+) or .NET Core (2.2+).
• ASP.NET MVC 5 and MVC Core.
• Entity Framework 6.2 (including LINQ to SQL) and Entity Framework Core.
• SQL Server 2016.
• WCF/Web API and Windows Workflow Foundation 4.
• Visual Studio (2019/2022) and Git source control.
• Azure App Service (2 years) and Azure DevOps build and release pipelines.
• JavaScript, jQuery, CSS 3.0, and Kendo UI Controls for ASP.NET MVC.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Functions and Azure Blob Storage.
