Description

You will perform application systems analysis and programming duties within an agency IT division, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and users to define system requirements and research technical needs.
• Design, code, debug, and test new or modified application software programs.
• Formulate system scope, project cost, time estimates, and human resource requirements.
• Lead projects or teams while assisting, training, and coordinating the work of less experienced developers.
• Monitor application software systems to ensure proper execution and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL and SSRS.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Version control using GIT.
• Web server management with IIS.
• Ability to prepare project feasibility studies and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience functioning as a Team or Project Lead.
