Description

You will own the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, within the agency IT division.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and research technical needs with management and users.
• Design, code, debug, and test new or modified application software.
• Formulate project scope, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
• Lead projects and coordinate the work of less experienced developers.
• Monitor application systems to ensure proper execution and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with SQL and SSRS.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, and Ajax.
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
• Version control using GIT.
• Web server management with IIS.
• Ability to prepare project feasibility studies and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience functioning as a Team or Project Lead.
