Description

You will lead technical teams and act as the primary interface between engineering and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technical teams of 6-10 people.
• Own project management tasks including estimation, scheduling, risk management, and deadline control.
• Manage the full SDLC process from design and construction through testing and deployment.
• Implement quality management processes and oversee DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide hands-on solutions for database management, including writing stored procedures and user-defined functions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Web Application development using C#.net, Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.Net.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager managing teams of 6-10 people.
• Deep technical knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Proficiency in Angular 14 or higher, TypeScript, and related front-end technologies.
• Strong SQL Server skills with expertise in query writing and database management.
• Proven experience in project control using Microsoft Project and other management tools.
• Solid understanding of project architecture and product development domains.
• Ability to generate insightful reports using Excel.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CSM certification.
• Experience with Test Driven Development using NUnit, Jasmine, and Protractor.
• Background in developing ERP or database-intensive data entry applications.
• Experience in the shipping domain.
