You will lead .NET software development projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions through structured management and technical oversight.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to release, adhering to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Apply strong understanding of .NET programming concepts to guide technical decisions and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 3 years of dedicated project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, specifically Agile or Scrum.
• Strong grasp of .NET programming concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with software version control systems like Git or Subversion.
